Well. Some totally bizarre news for you. After last years appearances on BBC crime drama 'Shetland' (We were in the band before you ask..) Ross and I have been asked to provide the music for a forthcoming advert by top international clothing giant
Anthropologie. I presume it's because of our reputation as fashion gods. Must be that. Honest..
Anyway. The advert will be online in November so keep a look out (or failing that we'll post a link here)
Guesses as to what on earth will happen to us next on a postcard please.
We are very pleased to announce that our new booking agent is none other than Mr Pete Ord of Haystack Music
It's been a long time in the offing this with much to sort out and plans to be made but it's full steam ahead now
for next year. Check out all of the fantastic roster of acts at www.haystackmusic.co.uk.
Just waiting for Ross to pick me up from Queen St in Glasgow before embarking on our second weekend of gigs in rural Englandshire. Moustaches are looking terrible and we've enough CD's to keep us entertained for at least double the 10 hours of driving we've got in the next few days. First stop is Milton in Staffordshire tonight before heading to Chinley in the Peak District tomorrow. Gastro pubs ahoy!! Tom
A great first night in Denstone, Staffordshire last night. We were greeted by a man that made our as yet modest moustaches look frankly inadequate! Sat now drinking pints of tea and eating Staffordshire oatcakes before going in search of fiddle bows and working capos. We'll be posting photos of our 'tache' heroes along the way. First up our promoter from last night Bob!
On a rainy M6 heading to the first gig of our rural English autumn tour. Ross' moustache is doing rather better than mine unfortunately. Pictures to follow.. We're listening to the mighty 'Dreamers Circus' from Denmark/Sweden. Google them. Bloody brilliant!
